What if I need to return something?
Because our products are made to order we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will do a return. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Vesterbrogade 41b - DK-1620 København V.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a package over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
